Thank you for Building Trust
Reflections on 2025 + Continuation in 2026
As this year comes to a close, I want to pause and say thank you.
Over the past year, thousands of leaders have engaged with TrustCentric through keynotes, workshops, conversations, collaboration, and direct client work. Many others have followed along from a distance, read my book Closing the Trust Gap, or simply reflected quietly on what trust looks like in their own leadership.
What I’ve been encouraged by most is this: more leaders are choosing to take action with trust.
At TrustCentric, we believe trust is not abstract or accidental. It is measurable, repeatable, durable, and actionable.
Trust shows up in:
- clear expectations
- consistent behavior
- decisions that hold up over time.
I’ve seen many, many leaders lean into that work this year in practical and deeply meaningful ways.
That work is rarely loud. It does not always produce immediate results. But it compounds. It strengthens teams. It stabilizes organizations. And it creates environments where people can do their best work.
As we move into 2026, this isn’t a reset. It’s a continuation. A continuation of habits already forming and decisions already being made to keep trust at the center of how we lead.
Whether you’ve been directly involved in our work or simply committed to leading with integrity where you are, your commitment to trust inspires us to continue this work.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to building what lasts.
